I help people understand what their body is trying to say — and work together to create the conditions for it to heal.
Explore how I can help →You have seen the specialists. Followed the protocols. Done everything you were told.
And yet something still doesn't feel right. That feeling is worth listening to.
There may be avenues you haven't explored — not because you missed them, but because most healthcare simply doesn't look there.
That's what I'm here to explore with you.
Together, if you'd like.
I am an osteopath and health coach practising at Joint Space Polyclinic, Alserkal Avenue, Dubai. I trained at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed the Applied Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice programme, and hold a fellowship from the Gray Institute in the USA.
There are so many nuances in health — but there are also clear foundational pillars that make sense to the physical body, its chemistry, its rhythms. My approach is to navigate the story with you, so we can discover together what works and how it can mould into your life.
"Your health was never truly lost. It has simply been covered over. The work is not to rebuild from scratch. It is to gently uncover what was always there."
Three ways to begin. Start with what feels right.
Manual treatment that looks beyond where it hurts — at the whole body, its structure, and the patterns that create pain. If your symptoms keep coming back, this is where we start.
Book at Joint Space →For people whose symptoms are complex, unexplained, or chronic — and who are ready to look at the root, not just the branch. Starts with a free 30-minute discovery call.
Learn about ALIVE →An immersive health experience currently in development. Small groups, hands-on care, and deep inner work across four areas — Structure, Inner Landscape, Mindset, and World Around Us. The location is still being chosen with intention.
Register your interest →ALIVE is the framework behind every coaching relationship. Not a protocol — a journey through five stages that moves you from feeling lost in your health, to fully inhabiting it.
Before anything else, we get honest about where you are and what you actually want. Your values, your rhythms, your life. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
Your body has been communicating long before symptoms appeared. We slow down and learn to hear it — not with fear, but with curiosity. Symptoms are signals to understand, not silence.
Not a 30-day challenge. Not a meal plan that lasts a week. We build changes that are sustainable because they fit who you actually are — across structure, inner health, mindset, and environment.
Not just the absence of pain — the return of feeling genuinely alive. This is the shift from managing your health to actually having it. Clients often notice this before they expect to.
The goal is never to need a coach forever. Embody is when the changes stop feeling like effort and start feeling like you. The awareness, the habits, the relationship with your body — yours to keep.
Zainali changed my whole life around. I suffered with severe back pain for years and he identified the root cause where everyone else had missed it. Forever indebted.
For the first time I felt my situation was truly understood — not just the physical symptoms, but the whole picture. He went out of his way to get a correct diagnosis for me.
Always professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He identified what others had missed entirely. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
The right location is still being found. What matters more than the place is what happens there — and that part is already fully formed.
Some experiences need to be removed from daily life entirely to become possible. The right environment — the right group of people, the right pace, the right container — changes what the body is willing to let go of.
This retreat is being built around that belief. Not a wellness holiday. Not a detox programme. A genuine immersion into the four areas that determine how we feel, function, and heal — with space for the kind of inner work that ordinary life makes difficult.
Each day touches all four areas — not in isolation, but as the interconnected system they truly are.
The architecture of the body — anatomy, movement, and hands-on osteopathic work. How your physical frame shapes your nervous system, your energy, and everything above it.
Organ health, digestion, the body's internal terrain. What is happening beneath the surface — the gut, the liver, the microbiome — and how it shapes how you feel, think, and heal.
How you hold stress, suffering, and meaning. The nervous system follows the mind — and for many people, this is where the deepest unlocking happens. Prayer anchors this work every day.
The environment, the pace, what surrounds you. Zanzibar is not incidental — it is part of the medicine. The light, the water, the stillness. The world around you shapes the body from the outside in.
